These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aissistbookpros.com and the services offered by AI'ssist Book Pros, a service of Sho-Biz Intelligence Collectives LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

We offer consulting and project-based services including: data analysis, spreadsheet automation, document digitization (OCR), dashboard development, bookkeeping review, and related business-intelligence support. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in written proposals or agreements with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project work;

Maintain ownership of all data they supply;

Use deliverables responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative fees.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and discussions as confidential. We will not disclose or use your data for any purpose other than fulfilling contracted work, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original business data. We retain ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in delivering the service. Deliverables (reports, dashboards, analyses) become your property upon full payment.

7. AI & Automation Use

AI'ssist Book Pros uses AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a human analyst before delivery. We do not use client data to train public AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory and informational. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that outcomes will meet specific financial or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Fees for completed work up to the date of termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
